Local preferences

PWA preferences may be stored in your browser's local storage.

No account by default

No account is required, and files are processed locally in your browser.

Browser-based processing

PDFs and signature images stay on your device unless this policy explicitly states otherwise.

1. Overview

DOcumark is a tool for adding PNG or JPG/JPEG signatures and stamps to PDFs, then downloading the exported file.

By default, all editing takes place locally in the user's browser.

2. Local Data

The application may store small preferences in the browser's local storage, including the PWA installation prompt status.

These values remain on the user device until browser storage is cleared.

3. Technical Data

Hosting providers may process standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security, troubleshooting, and operation.

4. Third Parties

This application does not include analytics, payment, or authentication providers by default. Any third-party services added in the future will be documented here.

5. Security

Files are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally transmitted to DOcumark servers. Browser isolation, transport encryption, dependency updates, and restrictive security headers are used to reduce risk.

DOcumark adds a visual signature image and is not a certificate-based digital-signature service. Legal requirements differ by jurisdiction; users are responsible for confirming that the exported document meets their needs.

6. Changes

Update this policy whenever your application changes how it stores, processes, or shares data.
